Went to the zoo with Daryl today. Well yeah, go ahead & laugh but I had a fabulous time there. Although Daryl kept laughing at my ignorance of animals. Ok, so I mis-identified a few of them but hey, how would I know that Pygmy Hippos are reallyyyy hippos? Those anteaters look a little like hippos as well. We saw most of the animals, & finally left feeling sweaty & sticky & I bet them mosquitos had their fill of blood.

Went back to his place to return the car & shortly afterwards, we went to town to get those heels for my sis's wedding. I finally decided on that pair from X:Odus. & I bought 2 pairs! & Daryl got his new Adidas shoes too. So no more killer springy shoes for him! We went to get the DVD for '50 First Dates' & I bought the Harry Potter set as well. & oh, I went to look for Andre(w) at the Starhub roadshow thingy & the Sony Ericsson phone he showed me is totally awesome. It's not so much a phone than a digital camera. Gosh. The tag that comes along with it is awesome too. Apparently, Daryl's sis received one for her birthday & it's about a thousand bucks. But no, I wouldn't spend one thousand bucks like that (& it's not as if I have one thousand bucks) so I suppose I'll just settle for the Samsung E600 then.

Went for dinner at his parents' restaurant & got mistaken for a Japanese. We had proper Jap food. Honestly, Sakae can't even start to compare! Lol...

Then went back to his place again to watch '50 First Dates'. It's a promise we made coz' we watched that movie on our very 1st date, & since today was our 50th date, it's just apt.

& oh, thanks for all those birthday wishes & gifts! & to Ting, thanks for the pretty set! At least I got to see you for like 5 minutes today! & of coz', Daryl who got me the Jason Mraz live DVD. Thanks dear!
