Why must it happen now? I've already spent so much money on the ticket. & if I don't get to go, I'd be seriously pissed. I'm not gonna just give up a $140 ticket to someone else.

EARGH. Am mighty mighty mighty pissed off now. I know I shouldn't be, since a situation like this can't be helped.

But I HATED the tone my mom used. 'Don't go making plans now. Don't book the tickets because you may not be able to go after all.' WHEN I've told her HOURS before that I've already paid for it.
