Went to meet Vidz & Tiffy & Nora at Orchard at 1.30PM(left work early), went to Sakura to eat, & then wanted to watch 'Love Actually' again but then when we reached the counter at Lido, we realized there were only 2 seats left. So we wasted half an hour in the queue. Then hung around in Isetan poking at almost everything we saw. Everything! & there was a funny little hoo ha on a Givenchy paper weight thingy. Ask Vidz for details! Haha...
Went walking in Heeren, & then went to Cine, & then Nora left, & Tiffy left & me & Vidz rotted while waiting for Liana, who took her time to come. Vidz & I were complaining all the way...& I think we offended loads of people today. Counted 28 guys wearing pink shirts. 28! Twenty eight. 2, 8. What's with guys & pink nowadays? & I finally came to the conclusion that Singaporeans have absolutely no life. The entire world is like packed into town. Like why can't they stay at home & eat their turkeys & puddings & unwrap presents & all instead of coming to town & squeezing with other pathetic souls like me? No life lah. Seriously no life. Aiyah, I'm just being the Grinch this year. Haha...had ice-cream at Swensens...we contemplated running away without paying but we didn't lah...we're just full of weird ideas...Vidz is her usual corny self today...we had such a good laugh at that clown near Lido singing his own warped versh of '12 Days of Christmas'...he added some stupid sound effects which sounded suspiciously like some ghouls howling.
Met up with Aloysius & Ryan & their friends for a while after that & Vidz & Liana left...the guys had supper at KFC at Far East...then they went to church...we shook hands & wished each other a Merry Christmas(amusing...I felt weird doing that...like overly formal) & I was gonna go home but then it took like 45 mins before my bus came. 45 mins! It was madness. It was utter hell. I'm gonna stay at home for all the Christmas Eves to come. Haha...
Ah, speaking of which, Aloysius & Ryan & Yuen Hong aka Lois & Yves are my workmates & without them, I'd probably die from boredom. & loneliness(tryng to make myself sound very poor thing here...can anyone die from loneliness in the first place?). Since Ting has stopped coming to work, I'm grateful to have this bunch of great people for company. Same frequency if you know what I mean. Haha...let's see. A little intro on them: Aloy's the boss's son...the soccer pro who's wanted by a top(& I mean top) JC. Ryan is the corny one...who blushes like 24/7...& has a not so secretive secret that everyone knows about. Haha...Hong is my ickle bro...he's the one who looks dao at first sight...but is actually not. He's really sweet...looks deceive anyway. Lol...Yves is the one who comes to me for some opinions...& he's the one annoying me with the Lenny Kravitz song today. Once you dig in, you'll find yourself coming out the other side, & once you dig in, you're gonna have yourself a good time...' Haha...there you have it. My favourite people at work. I'll upload some photos after my last day at work(31s Dec)...haha...yeah, school's finally restarting & I'm gonna get freedom but I'm gonna miss this clique. Serious! It's hard to find people you click so well with after such a short period of time. We talk about like everything under the sun...which is great. & they cheer me up. *smiles* But yeah...can go out & all lah after work ends for me...but it's gonna be different of coz'. Oh wells...

Anyway, saw John holding hands with a girl in town. It's not that I feel anything or that I'm not letting go(I've totally let go of this) but it's just weird seeing this when looking back at what happened the last time we met up 6 months ago. It's like 2 totally different contrasting images portrayed. & it just felt weird. & my stomach actually churned when I saw them. He looked back & waved & I found the courage to wave back...but I was still a little stunned. Guess I'm a little bewildered as well. *shrugs* Sometimes, things said & shown just don't tally, you get what I mean? But that was the slight dampener today that's all. & of coz', thought I'd get to see Ting for a little while today(we made a pact 2 years ago to like spend Christmas Eves together) but she didn't call(she told me she would mah so I was just like with Vidz & the rest & didn't call her as well) & in the end, when I finally did call, she was home already. Oh wells. There's always next Christmas Eve, the year after that, & after that, & after that...get the picture?
Xun left for Australia without letting me know. Felt a little hurt...but I can't blame him I guess...he asked me to some movie last week(though he didn't mention anything Aust) but I was too tired after work to go. So I guess I was a little busy for him after that as well. I promise that I'll make time for him when he comes back. I don't even know when that'll be. Sigh...
Yeah, really tired. I'll be staying at home this Christmas...I can't feel the stupid festive season. But the good thing is those nice sweet cards...Elif sent one from Turkey! I was so so surprised when I got it...so happy! She sent me some cards too...like of Turkish soccer players like Ilhan Mansiz(Mr Hottie), Emre(Aimar lookie likie! Aloy, he does too look like Aimar!), Hakan Sukur...Elif's totally amazing...lol...
Whoa...I was up since 5.30 in the morning(some last minute Christmas cards), had work till 12.30PM, met at 1.30, was in town till almost 12.30AM(almost 12 hours! * horrified* I've got no life!) & my eyes were hurting like hell...& now it's 2.30AM & I'm still up coz' I can't really sleep. Oh wells. Gotta try anyway. Need to catch up on some sleep.
